So, I just decided to get myself a Fitbit. Ever since I had a baby I feel like all I do is sit! even though I am active in the morning, I’m feeling like it’s not enough. The other day I skipped my workout and I sat most of the day because it was too damn cold to go out- DISASTER. Worst mood! I know for years that a good diet and exercise makes anyone in a better mood, and my one hour morning workouts are just not cutting it. So, how am I going to track my steps in NYC with an 8 month old in 7 degree weather? no idea. But ill let you know how it goes!
Lets talks Zucchini bread. YUM. This is my first time making zucchini bread and it came out great! whats a better way to get in veggies than in a cake? lately my struggle with veggies are very real, so whenever I can add them to anything I do. Also, this cake is the best topped with almond butter or any nut butter you like.
I love making my recipes gluten free and this bread is made with a combo of gluten free oat flour and brown rice flour. I love the texture with those two flours. If you don’t care if its gluten free or not you can always sub for spelt flour. Though, I never like to use all brown rice flour or all oat flour. I always like using two. Enjoy guys!
