For the Buns
  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. in a bowl combine the oat flour, spelt flour, salt and coconut sugar
  3. in a separate bowl whisk together egg, almond milk and coconut oil
  4. combine the dry and wet ingredients. the batter might be sticky! If it is keep adding flour until you have a nice consistency.
  5. before you roll out the dough make sure your parchment paper has a nice coating of flour so that the dough doesn’t stick!
  6. place dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper coated with flour. roll out dough until 1/4 inch thick.
  7. brush the dough with a little coconut oil and add only half of the cinnamon sugar evenly.
  8. roll dough into a log and cut into 12 pieces.
  9. in a square baking dish pour the rest of the cinnamon sugar , then place the rolls on top.
  10. bake for 20-25 minutes.
  11. once cooled, pour frosting evenly on top. enjoy!!

  1. In a bowl combine the 1/2 cup of coconut sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon. set aside.
frosting
  1. place all the ingredients for the frosting in a pot. let it come it a boil on medium high heat. keep whisking until you have a thick consistency.
