How many ways can we make banana bread?! a million! I never get sick of it. But to be honest, this one is my fave by far- because….. CHOCOLATE. And chocolate is life.
I buy bananas like crazy because my toddler can eat a whole bunch in a day- plus I use them for my smoothies and anything else I can think of. NEVER throw out overly ripe bananas- the options are endless and when in doubt just make banana bread.
I used oat flour for this recipe making it gluten free. Its also refined sugar free! and I made sure not to add too much sugar. Also, the more ripe your bananas the less added sugar you need. Thats why its always good to bake when they’re just perfect and spotty.
