I cant believe I have a food blog and I don’t have a pancake recipe on here! I actually have a few go to’s, but these banana oat pancakes have been my staple! I also feed these to my 10 month old and he loves, I like to try and make each other the same meals so its not double the work.
what I love about these is that this recipe is not too banana-y. I always make sure when I bake with bananas that the flavor doesn’t over power. I mean I love bananas, but sometimes when i’m eating a sweet treat I don’t want it to be too much. Also they are easy shmeeze to make because all you have to do is throw everything in a blender!
Its pretty cool to be able to eat your favorite junk foods just by tweaking a little. These pancakes have no added sugar and there are only 5 ingredients! cant go wrong! enjoy friends.
